*The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a program created by Congress and implemented by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to assist eligible households in paying for internet services. Eligibility is determined based on ACP rules located at The program is non-transferable and is limited to one monthly discount per household. Eligible households must use the service to keep the subsidy, and in the event the customer has (30) consecutive days without any internet usage, the customer may no longer be eligible to receive the subsidy. Eligible households may receive the benefit program from any participating provider and may transfer the benefit to another participating provider at any time. The ACP discount may be applied to additional plans. Offers do not include taxes and fees. Additional installation fees may also apply. If the ACP program ends, or if a household is no longer eligible or transfers the benefit to another provider, a customer’s service(s) will be subject to Metronet’s regular rates, terms, and conditions.
